0% Advisory Brokerage
Zero brokerage is charged to homebuyers on primary sales and direct developer new launches across Mumbai.
Subject to Developer Revisions
Pricing, inventory availability, floor plan revisions, and payment schemes are controlled by respective developers.
MahaRERA Verification
All featured projects hold valid MahaRERA registration. Buyers are advised to review statutory filings before booking.
Nature of Services & Advisory Role
Assets & Key Realty operates as an authorized real estate consultancy, marketing intermediary, and channel partner for MahaRERA-registered residential and commercial developments across Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
Our services include introducing prospective purchasers to real estate developments, providing comparative market analytics, organizing accompanied site visits, assisting in understanding RERA carpet dimensions, and facilitating communications between purchasers and project developers.
MahaRERA Statutory Compliance & Agent Registration
In strict compliance with Section 9 and Section 10 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, all operations conducted under the banner of Assets & Key Realty are supervised by registered real estate agent:

The materials, renderings, brochures, and price guides made available on this website are for informational and advisory guidance only. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of sale, contract, warranty, or financial solicitation.
Prospective home purchasers and investors are strictly advised to:

Booking Transactions & RERA Escrow Bank Accounts
Assets & Key Realty and its representatives will NEVER request direct payments, cash advances, or cheques issued in our advisory firm's name for project property bookings. We bear no liability for any unauthorized financial transactions conducted outside verified developer Escrow accounts.
Intellectual Property & Developer Media
All project visual renders, architectural blueprints, elevation photographs, walkthrough videos, and developer brand trademarks (e.g. Kalpataru, Piramal, Adani, Lodha, Oberoi) featured on this website are the intellectual property of their respective developer groups.
These materials are displayed purely for fair informational representation under authorized marketing channel agreements. Assets & Key Realty claims no proprietary ownership over developer brand trademarks or copyrighted architectural creations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian jurisprudence, Assets & Key Realty, its individual registered agent (Mishra Vivek Balaknath), and associated advisory consultants shall not be held liable for:
- Construction delays or modifications to possession timelines enacted by project developers.
- Variations between artist renderings or sample apartments and final handed-over units.
- Regulatory revisions in GST rates, stamp duties, or municipal levies introduced by government authorities.
- Temporary website downtime or communication delays caused by network infrastructure failures.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service, along with any disputes, interpretations, or claims arising from the usage of this platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Subject to the statutory conciliation mechanisms and grievance redressal forums established under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.
